Initial Assessment
The patient presented with concerns regarding midface volume loss and early signs of jowling. After a comprehensive consultation, we decided on a dynamic approach focusing on restoring volume using premium dermal fillers alongside subtle neuromodulators for a refreshed, natural appearance.
The Procedure
We utilized a cannula technique to safely and comfortably restore structure to the zygomatic arches (cheeks) and the jawline. This technique minimizes bruising and downtime. The procedure took approximately 45 minutes in total.
Results & Recovery
The patient experienced mild swelling for the first 48 hours, which is completely typical. By the two-week follow-up, the fillers had settled beautifully, providing a lifted, youthful contour that still looked completely natural.
